the software is easy to use (and mostly) to navigate
the help center is not as robust as the program which is frustrating when questions cannot be answered
price is fair and accuracy review is helpful (although errors are not always easy to correct because the worksheets where errors are listed may or may not be able to be edited)

Taxes are a breeze

Easy to use. Been using it for years and it remembers all the previous inputs and deductions. Its a great piece of software. Only complaint is that the State software doesn't contain all the forms. I had to go to the States Website to get them.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Forms needed to file foreign pension income not available and not in the interview as other income. I believe the form is 4852
Cons: Hard to prepare
