IRS rejection

I filed my return and IRS rejected it with error code FD-32-IND-031-04, your AGI doesn't match IRS records. I called the 888 number, when an agent finally got on the phone, I gave my name, then the phone went silent, then the survey came on. I was never given the opportunity to present my problem.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i find it harder to do taxes on it than other tax ware i have used in past. does not seem to flow with what i am putting in. it seems to jump from one area to the other it does not let me put in both names when i have something to report pertaining to taxable income for one person and another, keeps it in one name while other tax software lets you put in all names. and you diffentley need to have some 1st hand tax experience to know what your tax forms mean while putting in your info. while other tax software programs explain it much better.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
