i could not import my tax data from Merrill Lynch like i was able to do in prior years
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like this SW and how it guides one through the forms via interviews. I can click and go directly to forms if I need to reference something. They greatly improved the financial download info from brokerage firms. I can download multiple times to do mine and then my son's return.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
