So easy to use - I really liked all of the features except at the very end where it checks for errors - it found one, but did not highlight where it was and took me quite awhile to find it...
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

So many glitches that it is hard to download. Also was audited last year for previous year on state since it automatically fills your entire medical from federal and not the 7.5% and now 10% not covered. It is still doing it so watch your numbers!

Lacks state forms

The Az state edition lacked forms that I needed. I had to download the forms from the ADOR website, fill them out manually, then print and mail my return. Not exactly optimal.
