Need to bring back free tax advise--at least 1

I have been using this program for more than 15 years.
I always rated it 5 stars.
This year 3 stars because:
1. They need to bring back free tax advise--at least a couple of questions.
2. The program needs to have much better coverage of cryptocurrency as the IRS now specifically asks about it and it is pervasive. ie. When to include hard forks in income, where to include it--how to write it? Plus Capital Gains treatment.

Glitch too much

I just filed my taxes and paid the fee to file both state and federal and they took the money but the software says its not filed and is directing me to pay again

Easy to understand user interface

I used H&R Block Deluxe to file my 2019 return first time and I am certainly impressed with ease of use. It is as good as top software in market but for less price! I will certainly use again next year!
