Does the usual capable job for those with taxes that are not ultra complex. I use HR Block every year. I had an update issue this year which didn't auto flag, which is the only reason I didn't give 5/5 this time. Help could be improved because not every place where I had a question had an answer.

I am not sure if the software was able to get me all possible deductions on my return. Further more, it was not able to bring forward my previous return's info as it was claimed to be capable of.

This software should not even exist. Every other modern country has figured out taxes, but lobbyists have ruined this for Americans too. In H&R's defense, this software does work.
