I am a happy automatic-repeating customer. It is odd that one of your first questions is, "Where did you buy this?" I had difficulty entering my routing number due to a text box popping up continually. I would suggest using the same format for entering the SS1099 and the 1099R. I prefer the 1099R method. These are all comments suggestions, not complaints.

Maybe this is the first time I was ready to work on my taxes so early in the year, but software updates were a major issue this year. I waited 3 weeks for the right update to a particular federal form I needed, which I only needed to put 3 zeros in. The form was finally updated, so I finished off both the federal and state return, as there was no indication there would be any additional state updates. Wrong! The day after I submitted the returns, I checked their status update, only to find a large state update was available. Then a friend of mine who runs the local Block office told me there was still going to be another major state update. So I will need to file an amended return. I've never encountered this before. Better communications on program and form updates is essential.
