You missed the Executive Order about Refund Checks
on March 2, 2026

The software worked fine except for a glitch that has cost me a lot of time and anguish.
I checked the box for "Send me a check" for my refund and did not give any account numbers for direct deposit of my refund. The software allowed this, even though, according to an executive order, i can no longer receive a check and now I must fix this through an on-line process that is anything but easy.
Thanks for the headache you have caused by not correcting your software! I believe I should get a complete refund on the software.

Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have purchased this tax software since 2019 and I never had a problem until this year. The IRS sent me a letter to validate my identity and verify that I sent in a tax return. My tax return was already accepted but because I am getting a refund they don't think that it is me.

I've been using your software for about 15-20 years. This was the first time I could not submit my return electronically. Your system would not help find out why and it AI doesn't know what I'm talking about. I was truly frustrated.
