The only negative is that since we only use the program once a year, you should remind users about the pages have to be slid down to enter all the necessary info for that page. Also there doesn't appear to be a horizontal slider to recenter to page.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

We’ve been using this for over fifteen years without a problem. Fairly easy to use and it imports a lot of data from the previous year’s returns automatically. It could be a bit less expensive for state returns.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming

I was a long time user of another tax software package. About three years ago I switched to H&R and haven't looked back. It's better priced and has all the bells and whistles one could need.
Pros: Easy to import documents

I have used this program for years. This is the first time I tried to pay my bill with a credit card and the convenience fee is ridiculously high and I will pay by check if I can figure out how. You may have lost my business.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Overall, a good program. I have used it for several years. However, this year the program refused to update. It said it downloaded the update but it would not install the update. And until the program was updated, it would not complete a couple of tax forms. I uninstalled the complete program, downloaded the program using the cardboard USB thing I received in the mail, and reinstalled several times. Finally, on the fourth or fifth uninstall/reinstall process, the program downloaded and installed all updates and allowed me to complete my taxes. I did not change any Windows, Chrome or HRB settings at any time. It just magically fixed itself after multiple uninstall/reinstalls.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
