Used this product sine 2010 and for the first time I had a problem. My daughter was divorced in 2025 and filling status changed from Married filing separate to head of household. Where spouse showed instructions said it would automatically delete it did not. Filed by email to IRS and was rejected due to spouse. Went back into program am manually deleted spouse, resent and was accepted.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

1. Last week IRS rejected my efile, apparently because of an oversight in the HRBlock program. Now I have to wait until you settle/fix the problem. 2. Not easy to find/return to a particular interview topic. Should list the interview topics and link in easy to find place.

Personally, I think the instructions we vague, in a different language,and used words and phrases that did not make sense. Some of the explanations and abreviations were not reconizable. The investment section was most trouble..Please remember you are dealing with "common" folk / tech dinos
