For federal tax it is fine, it linkage to NY state is not. If you have Taxable IRA income the program does not call it out and transfer to NY form. This is needed to qualify for the enhanced STAR program in NY. If you try to manually enter the correct number it says you cannot efile and more important it adds the amount to you total income for NY.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

I appreciate the software, liking that I can trust the math and there are many things I didn't have to retype. This helps shorten the time I have to spend on the return.
There are times however that I don't like the format that you use when you need to print the document. I wastes a lot of paper printing. Some pages are to long when unnecessary; I'm sure some of the spaces can be removed so that one page (your page) equals the size of a regular piece of paper. Some short page documents can be combined together. Also, the software should be able to break a page between two pages, if I wish, and not be a run on to the next page. This has been my main problem for the last three years. My hope was that you would have corrected that problem this year.

I am so glad I got this to do federal and state. So easy to follow and the state was soooo easy because it forwarded all the figures and you just had to answer a few questions and you were finished. Highly recommend this software to everyone. Thank you
