Difficulty with navigation and unhappy with state

I could never get the state to operate properly. The program simply failed when I tried to do the state return and closed. Very frustrating. If there were the choice of zero stars, I would have selected that. I quit using Turbo Tax 3 years ago, because they were always raising the price and HR was cheaper. You get what you pay for. I was frustrated with the navigation which required the closing of one form before accessing another. There are several times that I wanted to see more than one form at a time on the screen. Also the navigation is ponderous. There are many steps that had nothing to do with me, but I had to wade through them. It is back to TurboTax for me next year, regardless of the price.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using the program from the original Tax Cut days. Never had a problem. I will use it for the duration since I like doing my own.
