They make it really hard to not pay for the STATE e-file - i.e., to print and mail in the state taxes. Then, they did not copy the drivers' license info from the federal return to the paper state return. Yeesh!

As usual H & R Block has produced a worthwhile product. I don't worry about details because H & R asks the important questions and provides pertanent information. I trust H & R to help me complete my tax forms and I feels satisfied that I have met the standards necessary for me and my wife according to the IRS requirements. Thank you
