I made a mistake on my return, after it was electronically sent. I caught it and corrected on my federal return. I have already received my federal refund, but have not been able to file a corrected Ohio return
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have used this product for over 15 years and only one other time did I have this problem. When I try to install updates they will not install. I have to go to the website and install manually. Also had a major issue insatlling State software. It said it installed but it didn't and wanted me to pay for it. I was finally able to fix that problem. Also software would not let me e-file a Federal return because one person stopped using ACA for health care coverage due to a change of events. Overall a very bad experiecne this year. Please fix these issues. I use the Deluxe version for Mac.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

This software does not accurately account for contributions made to my HSA when preparing state taxes. I contribute to my HSA through payroll deduction, The program shows those contributions as employer contributions.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
