Right now, I am very unhappy with the software. I have had problems downloading updates to the system. Today I was not able to file a return because it said I needed an update. When I tried to do it kit would not upload and kept me in a loop. I tried another way to download load it and it told me that no download was needed. But, trying to file the return I got put into that loop again.
Also, when doing my return last week, the soft way changed some entries in a significant way. I had to go in and re-input the data.
A couple of weeks ago, I had some similar problems and called your number. I spoke to Rebecca and she walked me through some fixes. She was great. I will call again tomorrow to try to get some help.
