The software was extremely buggy and lots of trouble importing from financial companies. I think it’s your company fault. I could not e-file my state tax return also. I have used H&RB tax software for the last time. I have been a regular user. I will not use again.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this product at the recommendation of a friend. They were not wrong in recommending it. TT would no longer support my old pc so I had to find something else. This product was very easy to install. It picked up the data from previous TT returns. The format was very easy follow. All of the new tax changes were in the program. I finished my federal and state in one afternoon. After filing, it was accepted within a few hours.
