Been using for 6 or more years. This year was the first time had issues with getting to the final tax filing. Last step kept causing the software to crash and close. Was able to electronic file by skipping the last step on the software
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Has worked well past 2 or 3 years. This year software missed some numbers and state return was rejected. I had to send amendment to state manually. Still waiting to hear if it's been accepted. Will switch to Turbo Tax next year.
