Charged twice for sending state return

In the middle of sending the state return I had to update the program. After the updated I was charged again for sending the state return. I was charged twice for sending the state return and there is nobody to contact to fix the charge. I have be in a virtual chat with a computer and it keeps asking me the same questions over and over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used H&R Block for the last three years after a poor experience with another product that I had used for many years. This version was even better than last years one. I completed my state and federal returns in record time.

Could it be prettier? Maybe. But it works, and that's what counts. I do think the website it maybe a little easier and more intuitive, but my taxes are done so I'm not counting aesthetics that much.

I like the way you can navigate the question and go back and forth. Has every deduction most people can take. I especially like it remembers what you did last year and can load a lot of that information into this year. I also like the ease with which you can "efile".

It is a solid tax program, but the instructions could be clearer on some of the itemized deductions (1099-R withdrawals that are repaid are not declared in NJ, did not pick up my over payment of UI & FLI). Would still recommend but I'd encourage you to have someone look them over (someone cheaper than the second look program).
