Block’s software is easy to use. It guides you through the return and offers a couple different ways to get any questions answered. I’ve used it happily for years because I know if there is ever an audit, Block will be there to help me through.

Not always easy to navigate to different srctions. Explanation of some tax credits could be better. If I've used it for years why can't it look at previously filed taxes to know if i took the credit before.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

My only complaint is that the font is small and difficult for me to read. Otherwise it gets 5 stars.

cumbersome, no current updates, printing bad, did not have all the current AZ state forms (form 348) yet it appears on one of the state schedules
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
