Hard to Use

This is the 4th year I've used this software and it was the most difficult. It didn't import things properly and also towards the end it kept repeating the sections we had already filled out. Corrections were also difficult to navigate. We will look into a different program next year.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Product is good. I use it every year. Would have gotten 5 stars except is didn't have the worksheet I needed. Not really a big deal. I've never needed the worksheet before and probably never again.

I have used H&R Block software for years, but starting last year there were issues with Federal updates downloading but not installing. Last year I spent a lot of time working with tech, reading online, googling etc to try to fix with no success. I hoped it was just a glitch but this year same issues and it did not import all of my data from last year. Very disappointing!

I purchased your software just like I have for the last five or six years. This year's software seemed really buggy. It did not transfer my last years tax information to this year's.
It also did not send me an email for about 10 days after I had filed my taxes that they were accepted by the IRS. It also did not include my adjusted gross income from last year's taxes.
