After over 10 years of using Turbo Tax and having problems, I decided to try H and R Block Deluxe. This program is fantastic! The program is detailed, sophisticated and has every tax item available to review and determine if I qualify. Filed on a holiday weekend Saturday by 8 am and received my refund on the following Wednesday, less than 2 business days due to the Monday holiday without the multiple hassles I had with Turbo Tax.

Easy to use but very hard to get help for unusual questions. I had to call several times for help getting a qualified donation of an RMD entered correctly. I know the law but not how the interior of the program works. Very frustrating. I sure hope it is correct now.

Tried to print state return federal 25 pages printed. Then tried to only print 1040 could not do. Also you fail to properly handle local or municipal Ohio income tax, instead you have me sending something else in addition to state of Ohio and that is not correct. Then when you efile fed you have no idea what being charged for state efile.
