There are certain automated features of this software that may need further refinement, such as being able to more accurately discern the difference between profit motive of a collectible hobby and an investment. The AI also needs improvements relative to other AI engine.

The program walks you through and explains inputs in terms this 75 year old can understand. I will continue to purchase their tax software.
