I have used this program for about 10 years if not more. Works great. This year I had an issue getting through the accuracy review. Directions not accurate and/or complete for my situation. Bummed because it took so long to figure out the glitch in the system.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Although the price was fair, the user friendliness was average, and the up and cross sale efforts were overly aggressive thereby resulting in a negative experience for that part of the review.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
