Was not expecting this to use terminology that would be used in the tax world in everyday language. Why not explain terms that the rest of us can understand. I had to think of if I didn’t know what it was I didn’t answer.

I have used this software for many years. This was the first time I wasn't able file electronically due to a glitch while submitting my return. I tried several times and continued to get rejected even after "fixing" the supposed error.

Federal program was very good. The Virginia State program has a major flaw so I had to over ride the entry and now must mail in my tax form! Extremely disappointing. I will not trust your tax preparation again. Sorry.
