Have been using for at least 8 years...very user friendly, helpful, easy, accurate. I feel very confident my taxes are done honestly, accurately, and problem free. Well worth the money. Once I get all my paperwork together it takes me about an hour to complete, review, e-file! My refunds are direct-deposited into my bank account within 2-3 weeks! And I know I have professional help if there is problem...though I have never had that. What more would one want, other than to never have to pay taxes?

I have used this software for over 10 years and it's helped me get my taxes done quicker and more accurate than doing them manually. What is noticeable is the past few years, it has become more of a form filler and less of an automated way to do taxes. Most frustrating was the software’s inability to import my tax documents from Fidelity . I kept getting error messages when attempting to import. I had to manually enter the data myself. I did manage to file my Federal and State returns easily, but it would be a much better tool if there was a concentrated to release a product that was mostly error free and had all of it's functions working properly.

I would like to suggest that you add a module for calculating quarterly estimated tax payments. It should be very easy and more valuable than the planning modules that are already included.
