Have been a repeat user for several years. This years return was rejected initially because coding was supposedly incorrect. Suggested fix was to print and mail or remove the deduction from my return.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to import documents

I've been a long time user of HR Block and am pleased with the product. I believe the time has come to make this a web-based product so that Linux users can benefit from the product. The data could still be stored on the user's computer - there are plenty of options.
While the data entry is relatively straightforward, there needs to be a better way of reviewing the data. I've encountered quite a few "data verification" warnings that never seem to be resolved. Perhaps a choice of explanations and then logging those explanations would be a better implementation.

Overall, I found it was easy to do. except when it came to rent credit., But i did get it done and hope for the best. It was a different format this year.
