If you make a mistake when filing you must pay the filing fee each time to correct it. I was forced to pay the fee five times because how to fix the error was not clear to me. I asked for a refund of at least some of the fees.

Pretty good program. Harder to use than the last time I used it, 3 years ago. Turbo Tax i think is a little better, but not worth the extra money. I file simple return since I am retired now

I’ve been using this software for more than 10 years. This year, 2025 filing, I forgot to enter my property tax amount. At the end of the completion of the Fed tax, the review picked up this oversight and reminded me to enter the property tax number. This entry changed the result from having to pay to receiving a refund. If it’s your first time using the program there is some learning curve but nothing to be concerned about. Very intuitive to use. Definitely recommend this software.
