Had errors in software. Finally finished and filed my returns after a few problems. Installed last update after I filed and now my returns won't open!!! Called support and couldn't get problem fixed! Not happy!
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The software had numerous glitches which led to erroneous entries. After 25 years using the software programs with no issues, it was not only disappointing but required extra time double-checking and/or reentering the data.
