I have used the software to prepare my taxes for over 20 years. Short of using a tax professional, there's no better way to insure that your taxes are done right and you are getting the maximum return or paying the least tax.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Have been using this product now for years and it seems that this year it was more time consuming. Might be that I have a newlaptop

My return was rejected and I did not get an email for that! It would have been nice to be alerted! My stimulus check was held up due to that delay of not knowing of rejection.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
