I've used the H&R Block Deluxe Tax software program for several years, and also the program for my state. I have found it easy to load on my computer; also the updates happen very quickly. The ability to work on my taxes for an hour or so, then save it and continue later - that appeals to me very much. When I need to print any part of my tax submission or save it to a PDF, those functions have been easy with this software.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Software felt poorly written. Errors importing w-2 info appeared at the end, but no error was presented at the time of review. Lastly, couldn’t import from other services, LendingClub, Morgan Stanley, Robinhood, etc... I’ll be going back to TurboTax.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this program, I had an issue this year because I moved in the middle of the year and it created an unique experience and they stood with me until my state return to the second state was accepted, thank you so much.
