Bought this to auto import last years return. Works ok but frustrated by requirement to add every single digital transaction rather than grouping them - make the date inputs accept 'various' like stocks.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Switched to H&R Block because TurboTax no longer runs on windows 10. Disappointed by how little data is copied over from previous years TT. But did find H&R easy to navigate, download accounts, and reasonably clear explanations of tax regulations. Better price and comparable to what I was used to. Will use again next year.

I pre-ordered to receive a lower price, but it still cost $50. The price has consistently increased over the years, making me pause whenever I need to purchase the product. As usual, I had to wait for the State program to be available, even though I bought the package deal (Federal + State together). I find a number of the areas difficult to understand as the language from the Feds is not always clear and the explanatory notes are brief. I'm also still waiting for my state refund. While the status, shows Accepted, there does not seem to be a way to check on the refund. All in all, I appreciate the ease and security but find taxes, even in this program, well, taxing to file.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
