Overall, the price is reasonable but it has issues that other software does not. The software cliams thst my W2 is incorrect when Inconfirmed thst it is not. This happens every year and I need to round up one of the figures to get the software to work. These issues need to be resolved!

Bought the software and had to download several times as it wouldn't update. Almost THREE HOURS on multiple calls after RIDICULOUS hold times before it worked. One of your support people indicated you were having lots of problems like this. WHY would you release software so important without vetting it out???
