W2G trouble with Program not accepting blank info

Most of all subjects are excellent except for the W2G questions. Very dissatisfied that I can't e-file because some of the boxes of the w2G form are bland and there are no answers to give.
Program is telling me without this information I can't e-file. Really you want me to make stuff up when the box is BLANK. Not very happy with this situation AT ALL. Now I have to mail with e-file.
I would recommend this to a friend!

very easy to use except for the section on royalties. this always takes extra time each year trying to figure it out. if this was made simpler, i would give the software an 11 rating

Been using HRBlock tax software for 20 or more years now and am very happy with it. Easy to use, loads last year’s personal data easily - names SSNs etc - can print a paper copy and PDF for my files, and e-filing has always been safe. It’s always up-to-date.
