I've been using this software for over 20 years and used to really like it. It seems the last several years it has become unreasonably complicated to use....seems to encourage paying extra for professional help.
Cons: Hard to prepare

As I was ready to e-file, the program refused to recognize the authorization code. I had to fork over more money for an e-filing that was supposed to be included. I was tired and ready to go to bed and I wanted to just get finished, so I paid. Nasty.
