When you buy state, you shouldn't have to pay to file state again. State should be free.

As I’ve used this program for many years the routine or basic parts of doing taxes very straight-forward, clear, & easy. Though moving from Virginia to North Carolina on June 16th the use of non-resident AND part-year returns for Virginia questionable & confusing. Based on days in-state it seems an easy 45/55 percentage split is all program should have done, but I found using a calculator to apportion each income source very stone-age?
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
