I have been using this product since 2020. Seems to be working well. I usually download the Deluxe plus State and efile Federal only. The State is to confirm the Ifile with the State program to make sure they match at the end.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents

I have used this software for several years. The user interface is pretty easy to use.
Do a better job of accepting and entry of ZERO where something else might be expected. When the Federal Tax withheld is ZERO on the W-2, just accept that entry and don't make me enter it several times.
