unfortunately Bank of America/Merrill was not able to be imported this year. It was a colossal pain to do it manually and made me question why I do my taxes instead of taking them somewhere.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

This screwed up every tax return I worked on. For my son it claims he got a 1095A from some where when he actually has a 1095C. Screwed up my taxes because I deducted the same amount of money for my state and federal taxes, this locked up the program would not allow me to file my state taxes. My brother qualifies for SSI and makes below $20,000 and this program could not understand that. Used this software for years and this will be the last time.

The AI help is worthless couldn't answer a single question. It is very hard to get help. At end trying to save the completed taxes is very difficult. And when I did save them, when I would double click on the saved file it just brought me back to the program. What a frustrating joke.
