Easy to use. Ask all the right questions. The only problem I have is it gives you free e-file for Federal but charges for e-file of State. State should be free also.

Program is great until it does an update and loses your file even after you have saved it. Once Federal processed and I checked status twice it deleted the entire file and says error no file. Good thing I printed both. It’s crap and I have used HR block 10 years.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents
