I'm disappointed with the section dealing with charitable donations. There is a section where donations are put into different categories and your software just dumps me off to a form without any adequate guidance.

You sent my state return twice causing it to be rejected. I had to straighten it out with the state. You billed me 6, yes 6, times for e-filing my state return.
Will you contact me to make amends?

I have used this software for many years. Overall I have been quite pleased with it. This year I had more trouble than normal finding answers I needed while trying to figure out how to list certain items. The AI and take me to functions were not very helpful and mostly confusing.
Pros: Easy to import documents
