I like the software, but the only issue I have is there's no real person to talk to when you have tax issues/questions. The mere fact that I bought your software, you should not charge for any tax questions.
Also, the Chat is also a problem as it takes a long wait before you get your turn. You definitely have ot improve this.
Also, in each topic, there should be reference/explanations of the section. What you have now is not enough.
Also, why are you charging for filng CA, when you can go to the CA website and file for free.
