Cost for second state is more that I paid for Fed and State package . Price gouging.
And function requires me to update forms vs dialogue. Next year, I may think twice about any tax SW. H&R block, you can do better.

Ive been using H&R software for years. Its very easy to use and user friendly unlike some of the others that ive used. I enjoy knowing that most of my information is already filled in from the information used from previous years. It is really simple to do and I know help is available if i have any issues or questions. Maximum refund guarantee is also a plus!!

The tax prep part works ok, but there is no way to increase the font size to make it more readable. Also the planning tool is useless when trying to figure taxable portion of Social Security payments for estimated taxes.

It is to hard to get help when you need it. I am not a texting person and there are so phone number to call for help. Plus I was rejected by the IRS twice and the code no one what it meant.
