i've used HnR Block for many years now. The one thing I would like to see as an enhancement is to make estimates of taxes for the CURRENT year that extrapolates amounts. (or a one time IRA to Roth comversion). My allowing me to experiment with several scenarios, I can better judge my tax liabilities.

Ok for 75% of returns. But I wanted to do a return for an out of State real estate sale using a stepped up basis and the software was basically useless. Had to hire a preparer.
With more complicated transactions it’s very poor. Help at Block is a complete joke and non existent. Buy the software from a third party because it’s always cheaper-another fault of Block. And if you change computers good luck trying to get rights to re-download older years even if you have the product key.
