Super easy to use; I like that you are guided through wizards but can also jump to specific forms and review how things look there. Great value as compared to the competition and I love that it comes with free in-person audit should there ever be a need for that. To me, that is a great insurance policy to have and well worth the price of admission. I like the deduction pro; makes estimating the value of and documenting charitable giving super easy. Importing from different institutions makes filing a cinch.

Difficult to File Amended Return

It was great for filing my original return.
Inadequate for filing an amended return, which I did by hand on blank IRS/state forms.
