Easy software. Flexible. Prefer to work on full forms instead of interviews.

Ease of use and to follow input of data/information...maybe include option for access to a tax consultant in fee or clearly show options for a reasonable fee.....

Found that the program is very easy to figure out and worked wonderful.
The one thing I found really annoying that it did not put my 2019 figures in allowing me to forecast my 2020 estimated taxes as I was unable to look at each item for 2019 and say what I wanted for the estimate for 2020.

While entering data was easy. Uploading while became frustrating. Indicated address was incorrect or invalid characters. Fixed issue, tried numerous times with same response. Restated software issue persisted. There was no way to reconcile but to print and submit returns. I bought the software to efile and that aspect failed.

Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
