Better than 2018 edition.

The 2019 edition was much improved over prior editions. However, the review at the completion of the return advised that all errors had to be fixed or you couldn't e-file. But you had to mail the returns. In my case the errors were fixed except for one that effected the w-2G that I had no control over. I finally got to e-file the Fed but not the state . Also, I had to do the reports twice because the program deleted the first one before I got the chance to save the report. The other issue was naming the file. I spent 2 hrs trying to set-up a file the same as 2018.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Incomplete drop down menus, no weekend support

The selections in the drop down menus are incomplete and I cannot submit my taxes without a required code that is not in the menu. As the tax deadline approaches, there should be weekend support to address this issue.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Made tax preparation and filing easy

I have been using this product ever year since the tax cut days and I am always very pleased with the software and the outcome. As time passes, my tax filing situation has increased in complexity but the software has made tax preparation relatively hassle free and I am able to accomplish everything in a few hours. They walk you through everything step by step, with their guides and interviews, which you can skip for anything that you are comfortable with, but I still use to ensure that I am doing everything right. The 2019 program made my tax filing easy.

This is the 1st time I was not able to e-file state, It was very hard to figure out why, and I hope I'm not being charge for this. What a disappointment.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
