This is very easy to use and less expensive than other brands . You can print the return or save it on the hard drive.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Use the disk. A very reliable comfortable to use package. I tried the online version this year and was very disappointed in it. The online version kept locking up and was no where near as friendly as the downloaded version. Have been using the download product for about 10 years and I can get through it in just a couple of hours.

Federal Tax preparation software is very good, quite happy with it, would have given 5 stars. BUT... The planning software is not very good, actually really bad, so took away a star for that.

The software was adequate but either I had unheard of questions or it had lack of answers. Even worse - your phone help center was terrible. It was without a doubt the worse help center I have ever experienced.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Good analysis to make sure that it is consistent and complete. Easy to check for errors and then submit to the IRS. The ability to schedule the payment removes some of the pain
