I had some problems with the app. Specifcally when I tried to delete a form. I kept getting error messages that could be resolved. I was directed back to a form that i had not used. I may consider other option because the cost of the app continues to go up.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used this software for a number of years and up until this year I've been very satisfied with it. This year I was not informed that my tax returns were accepted, or that my refund was on the way. So what happened? I'll more than likely buy the software next year and see if I receive this information, if I don't receive it again I'll look into another software.

Has been better than the other tax software I used previously. Only problem is they asked for my adjustment income from the last year and they should be able to import it since it's the same program
