Lots of problems with this software. It did not fetch all of my TurboTax info like it was supposed to; it was difficult to navigate, I had trouble printing my returns, and I had to wait two weeks to do an amended return because a late 1099 G showed up, which data should have been brought forward from 2024 TurboTax, and was not, which would have obviated having to do an amended return.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I purchased the software and have completed two family member’s tax returns as well a as my own. The only problem I encountered was filing my current joint state tax return with my late husband who passed in 2025. I had to mail my California state return. The software says it does not support online filing but the state of California says that it accepts online filing of deceased individuals.

Been using this program for about 15 years. Very pleased. This year had to make a call because I couldn't download on another computer to do my daughters taxes. Nag said "no more downloads" , new that wasn't true so I called and was told I only used one, which was true. Had to get another download and code. Fix your system so this doesn't happen in the future. Thus only a 4.
