I have a financial and tax background, but couldn't prepare my own returns without this software.

Filing State is always an issue

I like the program, but I always have issues with filing my state taxes even though the package says I get one free state file.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the product a lot and used it for years, but since I have become vision impaired, I am increasingly frustrated with it because it does not seem to have very good integration with Windows High Contrast Mode which many of us with low vision rely upon. Perhaps there is some documentation about how to adjust fonts, and foreground/background colors, but I could not find it in the help included or elsewhere on the internet.

Cons: Time consuming
