Mostly good. Instructions are clear. Guidance is helpful.
One flaw: The final error checkup they put the tax return through is poorly designed. The program catches some errors and forces you to fix them before filing - great. It also highlights some "recommended" changes the program suggests might need fixing. Again, good idea, but you get stuck in a loop that forces you to make changes even though the changes are recommendations, and not errors that need fixing. Frustrating.
