I have used this software for years and the first time I have to call with a question, their message says, 'hi call volume, we are unable to help you. Goodbye " there is no help or explanation or support on what the submission screen should look like when you want to pay in installments. Simply showing you are paying the full amount and asks for debit card.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

VERY disappointed I couldn't efile state return because of needing to file PA Schedule J. Otherwise pretty smooth.

bad activation code - phone calls are not answered

Activation code worked to run the program
but invalid to file
nice automatic phone system
it answers and says were to busy and hangs up
up against a deadline here
will have to do it by hand
software was a waste of time and money

So much easier than shuffling forms, and trying to find missing forms. I always file via paper form, but I'm sure the electronic filing is just as good as the rest of this software, and much easier than paper. There were a couple of items that could be better, since a few items were unclear, and there was no link to instructions that would clarify. Had to go to IRS publications, which weren't very clear either.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!
