I bought this For quite a number years in a row now and it’s done a fine job for me. I’ve been confused a few times, but I don’t believe it’s the product’s fault. It’s just information that I had to dig a little deeper for as far as I’m concerned, it’s all good.

There was an error in the program - information on deceased spouse. My return stated single. I was unable to correct this and therefore not able to e=file.

I called in and spent hours trying to advise HR Block you have computation error on Senior $6000 new deduction that by law gets reduced by 6% when AGI over $150,000. Your program computes a 12% exclusion on joint filing. Reduced my deduction by too much! I pay too much taxes

I have been using H&R Block software for the past few years obviously pleased with it. It is very user friendly and interactive throughout the process of collecting tax information through filing. It's like talking with a real person. We use it to file a joint return. A suggestion I have would be to allow the software to show a comparison of filing separate returns vs joint with press of a button. Looking forward to using H&R Block again next year.

I buy the product as soon as it is available for purchase at a decent price in late November to load in preliminary information and make a trial run on the taxes to be paid for the year. I use this to finalize my last quarterly payment for the year. The product is friendly with this rough approach before final input and submittal to IRS in early February.

Bought the federal and state tax program back in November. When it was time to download the state program, I couldn't do it. The only option was to purchase the state program again. Since I really needed to do my taxes I attempted to buy the state program again and it still wouldn't download. I ended up having to go with another companies tax program to finish my taxes.
