Good, but not easy in places. For instance, I found Form 8949 (related to capitol gains/losses) awkward and had to look up third party explanations to wade through it. The warning window for screen resolution every time upon opening was annoying, with no way to cancel. Most flaws are minor.

There was a major error in the software. It didn’t properly transfer over my deductions from schedule A - it instead inserted a zero for my state and local taxes. The error check alerted me to the zero, and I manually entered the correct figure, but it sure seems like someone else could have just clicked through the error and submitted the wrong information, costing them thousands. It makes me question what other problems the software might have. I no longer trust this program.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i have used this product for years but allways printed and mailed my return.this year i efiled due to my printer not having ink..the filing fees that were charged to me were rediculous.never again
