More and more you have to use physical representations of irs forms to enter data. I also don't think it is reliable. This is my last year to use it.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

Weird UI. Seems intentionally confusing so that people will pay H&R Block extra $$ to get personal help. Too easy to click to a different section and not know where you left off. There should be some type of summary section on the side that shows what you have completed and what is left to complete.
