Audit help and future tax planning are great benefits, but the ease of use makes H&R Block well worth the money. Navigate from one area to another, import items from the previous year, and see just what needs to be filled-in with information or see the whole form, if desired. It is all very user friendly.

Mine was a great experience but my Sister And her Husband e-filed their Federal and State. The federal was rejected along with the state. Once the error was corrected and the federal was accepted by the IRS she proceeded to refile the state which she had already paid for but the software asked her to pay again. This is not acceptable.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The H&R Block tax software is very easy to use. It guides thru every step with easy to understand questions from your expenses to your income including IRA and other investments. I’ve been using it for at least 20 years and will continue to use. Best tax software in my opinion.

This program is very easy to use! It will walk you through your taxes and will answer any questions you might have. I have used H&R Block for many years and have never had a problem! My only negative is that it is getting somewhat expensive! At the end of completing your taxes you can file your Federal taxes for "free" but you have to pay an additional fee to file your State taxes on line.
