Super easy to use to get my taxes done quickly and correctly. I have been using it for years and that actually helps because it remembers all your information from past years, including long-term carry-overs and stuff I'd probably forget.

Great software - have used it for many years. had major problem with support. Telephone and chat access. My verification code was not being accepted. I hadn't used it and was trying to file my return. I tried for three days to talk to a human to no avail.I ended up paying vis credit card to file. an unnecessary expense for me.

This used to be a good product. Completing a return is now a chore due to all the effort needed to skip advertisements and various other opt-out questions that appear during the process. I can understand this if I paid NOTHING for the product - but I did not.

What an upsetting disaster. I owe thousands more

What an upsetting disaster. As I was submitting my tax forms and $ to the IRS and State, the Block system recalculated my taxes adding thousands more to what the software calculated minutes before. Minutes before the Block software said I was audit proof and things were OK. Now I have to buy another brand of software and submit and amended return.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

I have been using H&R Block tax software for the last 7 years. It is excellent and user-friendly. It imports all my Charles Schwab transactions seamlessly. It makes filing my taxes less stressful because I know they are accurate.
